Liberty Home Products has been producing high quality home accessories for the Denver area since 1979. As a locally owned and operated company with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, Liberty has an outstanding reputation for providing Colorado homeowners with “security, beauty and safety for family, friends and pets”. Some of the many products they offer include steel security storm doors, steel safety railings, and custom iron gates as well as retractable awnings and solar shades.

When Owner and General Manager Sue Mahon’s husband, Dick, suffered a stroke a few years ago, she suddenly found herself at the helm of an entire company and manufacturing facility. Even though she had an excellent Operations Manager to assist her with the transition, she still felt “ill-prepared to deal with the operational end of the business and decided to seek help from CAMT.

Under Peter Holtgrieve’s direction, CAMT was able to provide strategic coaching of Sue and her entire leadership team in order to assist them both with the operational transition following Dick’s stroke as well as to develop strategies for navigating the recession. The results have been incredibly positive and have helped Liberty retain jobs, add new positions, invest in their facilities, and increase sales.

Peter and CAMT really filled a gap for us. I’m just pleased with everything. They have truly been a lifesaver for me!Sue Mahon, General Manager
