Learn how to optimize your people and processes to achieve your company’s strategies and business goals. This 4-hour workshop provides a thorough exploration of the Manufacturing Excellence process that helps leaders assess their organization in order to identify the pain points and obstacles that impact productivity, on-time delivery, quality, employee performance and retention, safety and – ultimately – revenue.

Required Prep Work:

Leaders are required to take the online 40-question Manufacturing Excellence Health Assessment (the assessment takes less than 10 minutes to complete) at least 1 week prior to attending the workshop. The results from the assessment will be used throughout the workshop to help each individual leader analyze their specific pain points in order to target key areas in need of improvement.

Attendees:

Workshop attendance is limited to a total of 3 leaders/participants per company. This workshop is geared toward C-Suite level participants: owners, presidents, CEOs and 1 or 2 members of their executive team.

Workshop Cost:

The registration fee is $250.00 for each leader and $150 for additional participant(s) from the same organization.

Provided Resources and Materials:

The cost of the workshop includes all materials, the 40-question assessment and a private follow-up consulting session (up to 1 hour) after the workshop to help determine next steps.
